The restaurant at the Helvetiaplatz exudes a breath of Alpine air and brings the mountains into the city. The muesli is decorated with meadow flowers and each table is named after a Swiss mountain peak, so brunch fans can sit at the Fläschlihöchi (1,408 m), Bire (2,502 m) or Pfannenstock (2,573 m). The hearty breakfast includes "Mostbröckli" (traditional cured meat) and mountain cheese from Swiss Alpine regions as well as homemade "Züpfe" (plaited bread), various juices and smoked trout. Classics such as Rösti, bacon and fried eggs are also lovingly prepared at this brunch.
