Unlike its predecessor "kleintheater kramgasse 6", ONO is a multi-discipline cultural venue and will surely remain so in the next few years. ONO tries to represent new trends in the cultural landscape onstage and give unknown artists a space to perform and make a name for themselves.
But the cultural bar also brings in the big names. It offers an intimate setting for unique events such as the unplugged concert by the world-famous former Genesis singer Ray Wilson. The already well-established Poetry Slams are still a part of the regular schedule, but so are innovative variations such as Sience Slams or Bilingual Slams for the deaf (sign language) and people who can hear.

ONO will ein Ort für leise Töne und ihr lautes Echo sein; ein Ort, der immer wieder neu erfunden und reflektiert werden soll. Im Vordergrund steht das Nachdenken über die Gesellschaft und ihre kulturellen Erzeugnisse. Blosse Escape-Unterhaltung interessiert uns nicht.
