Energie Yoga

Soothing and effective exercises for the neck, shoulders and back and strengthening the abdominal muscles are the main focus. Old trension is released, while preventing new tension.

This course focuses on health and preventive aspects. Targeted yoga exercises relax, strengthen and revitalize. Breathing exercises harmonize the natural process in the brain and in the nervous system and improve attentiveness and receptivity.
