Stage 1:
Langenthal - St. Urban - Huttwil ( 6 - 7 hrs)
Stage 2:
Huttwil - Napf (approx. 7 hrs)
Stage 3:
Napf - Trubschachen (5 - 6 hrs)
Stage 4:
Trubschachen - Marbach (5 - 6 hrs)
Stage 5:
Marbach - Kemmeriboden - Brienzer Rothorn (approx. 10 hrs)
Stage 6:
Brienzer Rothorn – Brünigpass (approx. 5 hrs)
